Photosynthesis is one aspect of an ongoing alchemical process, between the roots sunk into the earth, capturing the wealth of mineral salts, the fire of the sun, the water of the sky and the earth, the process of respiration and the transformation of carbon dioxide into oxygen.
How can you be attentive to these alchemical processes that occur naturally within you, throughout the day and night? How can you awaken gratitude for the whole process from earth to table? Once in your mouth, you taste all the flavours, and the alchemical work begins so that this food becomes your body.

The micro-organisms, the crawling insects decomposing and enriching the humus, the flying insects, butterflies, and bees fertilising the flowers and spreading the pollen, all contribute. But it is the call of the light that makes the tree rise.
As you refine your listening to the Light within you, as you fully embrace who you are, you will realise that both the most volatile and the densest act in the same way on different levels: everything wants to serve you. Free your eyes, ears, nostrils and mouth from all dissonance and you will be able to enter the secret chamber of your soul where everything sings the mystery of life.

The tree will bear leaves, flowers, and fruit, and within the fruit many seeds, which in turn will fall to the ground. Not all will grow. Not all will reach maturity.
What desires did you carry within you that you were unable to fulfil? What wounds, remorse, regrets, and resentments do you still carry within you today? It’s natural to feel this way sometimes but realise now the extent to which it’s cluttering up your present. Agree to let go of what is no longer there. Trust yourself. Don’t hold on to anything. You are and become. Everything dissolves in the Source of Life, which never dries up. See this miracle: you exist. Of all the potentialities, you are the one who exists. Whatever the conditions under which you came into the world, embrace this powerful realisation: you are unique, desired, wanted, just as you are. If you fully realise this truth, you become alive, you activate now, in this present moment, the fruit of billions of years of preparation and the energy of point 0: infinite love for life, for yourself and for all others.

Each new cycle is based on the decomposition of the fruits of the previous cycle.
Dare to stop referring to your past, to what you think you have and what you lack. See how everything is, here and now, unique, new, and free. Be confident. You are the breath that constantly visits you and renews everything in you, while keeping the essence of yourself intact. Be peaceful: everything that is true endures. All that is true is eternal. The rest is the ephemeral dance that flows from it: enjoy it, rejoice in it, celebrate this subtle link between home and journey. See how in truth nothing stands in the way. Fulfil your destiny, reveal to the world its hidden light.

After flowering, after the harvest, the branches are stripped and the sap descends into the roots, digging deeper into the earth.

This is a cycle in the life of a tree. This cycle is linked to the cycle of the sun, the moon, the planets, and the earth, to the cycle of the seasons, and to the breathing cycle of animals and humans.
If you consciously take part in this alchemy within yourself, if you simply and fully dedicate yourself to it, every moment, wherever you are, remembering the sacredness of all life, perceiving the hidden underlying order, you will fulfil your raison d’être. Whatever happens, you no longer feel in exile. You’ve come home and can be a source of blessing for yourself, your family, and this world.
