All good medicine is preventive. It takes care of the terrain and knows the causes of imbalances, so it knows how to prevent them.

My intention as a coach is to work with you beforehand, to take care of the terrain, and to support you to fully embrace the terrain of your life.

If we look at a seed, the qualities of the soil and the climatic conditions, sunshine, and rain, will interact with its nature and allow its potential to express itself in a unique way.

Sometimes, often, this potential can be inhibited or abused. In these very difficulties lies healing, and these difficulties turn out to be levers of transformation, opportunities to grow.

Precious stones are formed under extreme pressure and temperature deep in the earth’s crust, then brought to the surface by volcanic eruptions or tectonic plate movements.

Being born, living, and dying is an intense and demanding process. And it’s quite a journey to become human, not just an animal on two legs.

What makes us human?

What do we want to do with our time on earth?

What do we put at the heart of our lives every day?

Whatever happens, the journey through this world breaks our hearts, just as the earth breaks the seed’s husk.

In truth, there are only two options:

– Open our hearts to Love

This means choosing Life.

It means constantly renewing our certainty about what is good, beautiful and true, and daring to embrace the unknown with faith.

Falling down 7 times, getting up 8.

– Hardening our hearts, closing them to Love

That’s choosing death.

Out of protection, out of disappointment, out of suffering, we cower. Taking refuge in the fortress of the mind, we have walled ourselves in.

We defend our positions and attack any potential assailant. Our strategies are many, our weapons well-honed.

Everything on Earth is given to us for one purpose, to lead us to Love.

He who chooses Life knows no death.

In truth, there is only one apprenticeship in life, to be practiced on every terrain… that of Love.

The miracle is that life is ingenious and patient enough to turn our hearts of stone into hearts of flesh.
